If you haven’t checked out E.L.F. lately, you’ll be happy to know they’ve added a few new items to their website. My newest crush is on their new Waterproof Eyeliner Pen. This liquid liner comes in 5 shades and the sleek, slim packaging is easy to handle during application.
Truly waterproof, this liner glides smoothly and lasts all day with absolutely no flaking. Drying time is very fast, excellent for those mornings when time is limited! Although this liner stays all day, removal is a breeze with makeup remover or cleansing cloths.

Cherish: I have the black one and yes, this is VERY easy to apply. There are a few things from ELF that I don’t care for, but most of their products really surprise me with how good they are. I’m going to get the blue and plum also.
I hope these are better than their liquid eyeliners. I have three different colors of their liquid eyeliners and they go on pretty nicely, but then they literally crumble off. It’s terrible.
I really like ELF. Some of their stuff is definitely on the cheapish side, but a lot of their products are really nice.

Brittany: I’ve heard bad things about the liquid liner, so I never bought it. The reviews on the ELF website state that it works better than the liquid, which most people hated.
I checked their website and it’s sad coz they don’t ship to the Philippines.
