HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
Sphere: Related ContentMy Jr. Masala, like most young ladies, is sometimes cursed with the occasional acne breakout. After begging for Proactiv endlessly (and not getting it), she was excited to try a new acne system which hit local stores. Here is her review on Dr Miracle’s My Goodbye Acne System after about 6 weeks of use.
Simone says:
I really like the Dr Miracle’s My Goodbye Acne System. It works quickly and very well. You really do feel it tingling when you wash your face and it leaves your skin so smooth and soft. I was surprised it worked so quickly. It’s like Proactiv, only not as expensive. I love this product!
Dr Miracle’s My Goodbye Acne System can be purchased online or at local stores for $19.99.

Yves Rocher’s new 2 in 1 Cleanser + Toner and Line Smoothing Eye Cream contain botanical inositol, which prompts the self-repair of skin. The cleanser/toner is in the form of a non-foaming gel and removes makeup (even from the eye) with ease. The eye cream reduces puffiness, smoothes the eye area and leaves a pearlescent glow. Both products provide visible results in under two weeks.
All products on the Yves Rocher website are 1/2 off for a limited time.

Try a new makeup look and improve your life at the same time by choosing makeup colors that mesh with your zodiac sign. See what you should be wearing in the new year. |
Show me a woman who doesn’t want to look beautiful and I’ll give you everything I own. Now I’m no millionaire, but even if I was, this is one challenge you still wouldn’t win. Makeup is an essential part of any woman’s accessories – even the ones who claim they don’t use makeup of any sort tend to go for natural beauty products like fruit, vegetable and mud facial packs and the like. At the very least, some sort of powder or cream are used to keep the complexion fresh and free from sweat and grime.
The one grouse that most women have against makeup is that it’s harsh on the skin. And why wouldn’t it be, with all the chemicals, dyes and preservatives that it contains. It’s ironic that something that’s supposed to make you look beautiful does an about turn as the years go by and makes your skin unhealthy and dull. Prolonged use of makeup can lead to a face that ages faster than it should, and this is why more and more people are avoiding makeup as much as possible.
But they needn’t go all out and give up makeup altogether, not when mineral makeup has been invented to cater to their needs. This kind of makeup is kind on your skin because it contains absolutely no chemicals, dyes or preservatives of any sort – it’s made from natural minerals that are finely ground and treated to form beauty products. Proponents of mineral makeup swear that you can wear it all day and not feel the itch to scratch, and that you can even sleep with it at night.
There are detractors who voice concerns that mineral makeup is not all that it’s cracked up to be. Dermatologists say that the makeup does contain some chemicals that form the base for cosmetics, like zinc oxide, mica and titanium dioxide. Others who don’t like these products complain that they make you look old and that they’re too dry and are likely to accentuate wrinkles.
But for those who are unable to use regular makeup because of allergies, acne and itching, mineral makeup is a boon from the gods of beauty. For though they may say that beauty is only skin deep, they also agree that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. And with the beholder not being able to see under your skin, it’s wise to do what you can to augment your skin-deep beauty.
