I’m sure you’ve noticed it’s hard to find an eye cream under $10, but there’s one out there that I always turn to when I’m low on cash.  Physicians Formula Luxury Eye Cream hydrates the eye area with a blend of light, natural oils.  The texture is not creamy as the name would seem to indicate; it has more of a petroleum-type feel.  Just one swipe under the eyes is all it takes to keep this delicate area refreshed and hydrated.  I purchase mine at Ulta, but Walgreen’s and CVS also carry it at a slightly higher price.
